Jobs and Talent S.L. and its subsidiaries (collectively, "we" or "Job&Talent") with CIF (Spanish Tax Number) B-85384808, address for communication purposes in Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana 93, 4th floor, and registered in the Malaga Company Register at volume 4717, folio 186 and page MA-103840, through its website www.jobandtalent.com, its mobile application mobile application (the "App"), and their respective sub-pages (collectively, the "Website").
Through this Policy, Multitempo by Job&Talent informs the users of the site (the "Users") that they may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide to Multitempo by Jobandtalent the personal data that may be required of them or that Multitempo by Jobandtalent may obtain in connection with the purposes of the processing of personal data described below in Purposes, Legal Bases and Time Limits for the Retention of personal data.
The User is neither legally nor contractually obligated to provide to Multitempo by Job&Talent the personal data specified in this Policy. However, refusing to provide Multitempo by Job&Talent certain personal data may imply the impossibility of establishing a contractual relationship with the User, not being able to use the services of Multitempo by Job&Talent, or only to a limited extent. We reserve the right to amend this Policy whenever necessary. When changes to the Policy are made, users will be notified of the new terms of the change by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of the site after changes to the Policy are posted constitutes your acceptance of it.
General Data Protection Regulation
This section of the Policy applies to the processing of personal data by Multitempo by Job&Talent in its role as a Controller or otherwise covered by the General Data Protection Regulation No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR").

According to the RGPD, the User is duly informed that Multitempo by Job&Talent acts as a Data Controller of personal data collected through the site.

Multitempo by Job&Talent may collect and process the following information regarding the User:
When you visit the site, you send personal data and information to our web servers, which we store in files on the servers. This happens regardless of whether you contact us later (for example, through the contact form). In any case, we collect the following web access data (which we call "usage data"):
- The date and time of your visit and the duration of your use of the website;
- The IP address of your device;
- The referring URL (the website from which you may have been redirected);
- The sub-pages of the visited site;
- Information about your device (device type, browser type and version, settings, installed plug-ins, operating system).
The treatment is undisclosed. Multitempo by Job&Talent cannot identify you as a person based on this data.
Multitempo by Jobandtalent provides its Users with a set of job opportunities that are available on its site, to identify qualified candidates with Companies using Temporary Work. To do this, Multitempo by Job&Talent may collect the following data/personal information:
- Full Name;
- Date of birth;
- Taxpayer number;
- City and ZIP code
- Cell phone
- Curriculum Vitae with professional experience, education and training, and skills.
Purposes, legal basis, and time limits for the storage of personal data
The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes and legal basis:
We process your data as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. Therefore, we process (unless stated otherwise) the data mentioned above for the duration of the contractual relationship, after its cessation, only to the extent and for as long as required by law. If, after ending the contractual relationship or deleting your user account, the data is no longer required to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. tax or commercial law), it will be deleted, unless further processing is necessary to preserve evidence or to defend legal claims against Multitempo by Job&Talent. The periods concerned, e.g. under Portuguese commercial and tax law, may be up to 10 years.
Acceptance and Consent
The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing of such data by Multitempo by Job&Talent, under the terms and for the purposes indicated in this Policy.
The User may cancel the service or revoke the consents granted to Multitempo by Job&Talent for the processing of personal data at any time. For this purpose, the User must send an email to: email@example.com
Accuracy and veracity of the data provided
Users are required to provide true and accurate personal data, as well as to notify Multitempo by Job&Talent of any modifications or updates to this data. Users are solely responsible for the veracity of their personal data. A non-communication or incomplete communication of the personal data that are necessary to formalize the hiring, will result in the impossibility of issuing the Contract.
Recipients of the personal data
In some cases, Multitempo by Job&Talent will allow, for the proper provision of the Services, access to User's data by third parties. These third parties will act as Subcontractors, so they will not process these personal data for their purposes or purposes other than those stipulated in this Policy. Multitempo by Job&Talent ensures that all these parties comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.
These third parties will always follow the instructions given by Multitempo by Job&Talent and under no circumstances disclose this information to third parties. It is possible that these subcontract certain tasks related to the services indicated to third parties, and also act as subcontractors, so they will be bound by the same provisions of this Policy. The subcontracted entities that will act as Subcontractors will provide the following services:
Personal Data Transfer
In addition, in exceptional and specific cases, if a corresponding legal basis is available we transfer personal data to third parties, who may process your personal data for their own purposes. Among these third parties we may find:
- Courts, financial entities, institutions, social security, and under certain circumstances, also at the request of the supervisory authority responsible for labor legislation in Portugal, the Authority for Working Conditions.
- Potential Employers: The main objective of the services we provide is to identify suitable candidates for our Clients (User Companies). To this end, we forward profile information and application to the respective User Companies.
- Group Companies: Job&Talent has subsidiaries in various countries around the world that support us in providing the services to give you the best user experience possible.
Processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the EEA without taking appropriate protection measures. We guarantee an adequate level of data protection at all times. To this end, we will ensure that sufficient guarantees are in place concerning the provisions of the GDPR, for example, as the so-called EU contractual-standard clauses are included in our contracts to ensure the security of processing and an adequate level of data protection at all times, or because there are other appropriate guarantees concerning the GDPR, such as binding corporate rules or approved rules of conduct.
Protection and Security of Personal Data
Your data will be protected with technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security of the personal information and prevent its unauthorized modification, loss, processing, or access, in light of the scope, context, and purposes of the processing. We determine the status of technical measures and existing risks, such as control processes for the security of information systems. In determining these measures, we took into account criteria such as the scope, context, and purposes of processing.
Exercise of data subject rights
The User can exercise his or her data protection rights. In addition, you may revoke the consent given at any time. However, this revocation only takes effect from that moment. Any processing that may have taken place before the revocation remains unaffected.
If the User wishes to exercise his rights, he may do so by contacting the DPO of Multitempo by Job&Talent at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address associated with the account in which you wish to exercise your rights.
No justification will be required for the exercise of your rights. The exercise rights will be granted unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to maintain them.
Information about your right to object under Article 21 GDPR
Concerning the above right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation; only if this process is carried out based on Art. 6.1. f GDPR (data processing based on legitimate interests), if you object, we will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate circumstances that override your interests, rights, and freedoms and therefore justify the processing.
You also have the right to object, at any time and free of charge and without any reason, to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, including the creation of a user profile, to the extent that it is intended for direct marketing.
